Role-Based Access Control Model for Inter-System Cross-Domain in Multi-Domain Environment

Information service platforms or management information systems of various institutions sectors enterprises are gradually interconnected to form a multi-domain environment. A environment is convenient for managers supervise and manage systems, users access data across domains systems. However, given the complex many users, traditional enhanced role-based control (RBAC) model still faces some challenges. It necessary address issues such as role naming conflicts, platform–domain inter-domain cross-domain sharing difficulties. For above problems, inter-system in (RBAC-IC) proposed. This paper formally defines model, divides roles into abstract specific roles, designs operating process model. The has four characteristics: support name repetition, isolation management, fine-grained sharing. By establishing security violation formulas analysis, it finally shown that RBAC-IC can operate safely.
